Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent, professional service - they looked after party well, nothing too much trouble for them to sort. Trip is a challenge, decent level of fitness requires especially for Olympus.

Hi John, This is Chris, the CEO. Thank you for the comments although I am of course disappointed to read the review. I noted your frustration in July regarding providing details and we have made changes to the business since that point which will make life much easier for our customers. I also note your agent put a lot of components together with lots of options for you.
