The cancellation request was actually made on the 14th of September, the activity was due to commence on the 22nd of September, 8 days before, not 4 days before, and I have evidence of this. Your cancellation terms are designed to protect the business, not the consumer, when in most cases there is a term that suits both parties, somewhere in the middle. I did not state that I'd change the review if you modify your actions to my terms. You can modify your action to anything that you think would be reasonable. This doesn't have to be a full refund. It could be, for example, some some amount of credit I could use on a future activity, or anything else you see fit as a gesture of good will in this situation.
