We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I want to give a shout out to Audrey and Stephanie for all the effort they put into making this trip happen. Audrey really went above and beyond to make our trip special, she deserves a big pat on the back for all her hard work, especially when things got a bit rocky, she stepped up and made it even better. Stephanie Macaluso is my top pick when we're ready for another thrilling vacation. We couldn't have pulled this off without both of you pitching in. Thanks a lot, Audrey Sepulveda for an amazing trip. Henry and Dawn DeWulf
