Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are terribly sorry to hear you had such a bad experience, it is completely understandable that this is not the kind of service you were expecting.
We have investigated the case of your reservation with our team. We have noticed that indeed there was a public transport strike on the day of your reservation, which may have been a clear handicap for the driver to complete the transfer as excellent as they would like to. However, we completely understand how frustratingcan be to wait that long when arriving in a new country.
Also, please be well aware that we already have taken serious action with the driver of your transfer. It is unacceptable the kind of behaviour described, our latest goal is to make our customers feel insecure once enjoying our service.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are terribly sorry to hear that you had such an unpleasant experience when booking with us, this is for sure one of our last goals.
We can understand that sometimes when filling in the form of our homepage (based on a 24 hours timing) can be a bit confusing choosing the correct pickup time. However, once the booking is accepted by the driver they automatically schedule their rides, which means that some last-minute changes in the booking are a bit complex to amend. We would have loved to amend it according to the correct time, but it was a very last-minute notification and the driver was no longer available for the new pick up time. Also, the driver was informed about it once they had already completed the 4 AM transfer, so a new reservation was needed to be created since their service costs also needed to be covered.
We completely understand your frustrations regarding this issue. We can assure you that we tried our best to arrange an alternative solution for you, however, due to the short-time notice we were not able to do it so.
Please also note that we are currently working on having more flexibility according to last-minute changes so we can avoid any future situations like the one you experienced.
As a gesture of an apology, I have sent you a discount code and I have also added your complaint officially in our system.
