Since we consider that the meet & greet service was not provided as booked, we have already activated the refund of the 5 € you paid. You will receive the amount back at your bank account within less than 4 business days. Furthermore, please be assured that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer. Regarding to non-matching details, we always inform our clients that the driver details on the voucher may vary due to driver's availability. In some occasions, some of our local partners need to make last-minute unexpected changes when they re-schedule some transfer (because of a previous delay, an accident, etc.). Therefore, sometimes these details cannot be updated in our system on time, unfortunately. We would also to apologize and compensate you for all the effort you had to make to contact them, even though you booked to avoid this happening. This is why we have also sent you a separate discount code which you will be able to redeem on the next reservation you may book with us.
