Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback. Although our custom prints can take up to 10 working days to arrive, we always send them on next day delivery to ensure you get your orint as soon as possible, as such we only have the unique tracking number the day before once it has been labelled. I understand this can be a bit short notice, however you can always reschedule the delivery for a more appropriate day via the UPS link you are sent.

I'll pass your feedback onto our team, perhaps an estimated delivery date earlier in the process would be useful.

Good quality print
The delivery was quite fast but expensive (EU). I would have prefered a cheaper option with longer shipping time. Also, an email notification when the product was sent (”your order is on its way”)...

Thanks for your feedback on our delivery service with DPD. As you know we have been in contact about the issues you experienced. I hope our explanation and refund of your delivery costs have gone someway to compensating for DPD not following your delivery instructions.
