Unfortunately there are rare occasions when, due to unforeseen circumstances, orders are delayed, we work hard to keep these occurrences to a minimum and apologise that in this instance your order arrived later than expected. Please be assured that we contact all of our branches to check stock but in this instance there was no available stock throughout the company which then led to the delay.
I can see from the notes on your order that you were contacted as soon as we were aware there was an issue and you chose to continue with your order, which we estimated to be 10-14 days later than expected.

very prompt service. the only niggle would be that the packaging was a bit flimsy and was quite damaged when i received it. having said that the goods were fine.

I can see from your order that you ordered a large quantity of rolls, in order for us to ensure all rolls are from the same batch allowing you to achieve the perfect finish, these orders can take slightly longer.
We apologise that this was the case for your order however we are sure your walls now look amazing.
