Hi, thank you for your comments. There seems to be a miscommunication on the refund which was done promptly. You purchased a ESV1300 and sent it back on the same day as it was too big. The refund was credited back to you within a few weeks but as there were 2 orders you may have been looking at the incorrect account for the refund as there were two different cards used. We have checked our system and are certain that the refund was applied. We thank you very much for your patience.
