Hi. Apologies for the late delivery, our standard delivery is taking slightly longer than usual due to the strain put on the couriers at this time of year.
Good morning Steve. I will look into this first thing. Due to the time of year and how busy the couriers are we are experiencing more missing parcels than normal. If you could kindly contact customer service so that we are able to rectify a problem in the future before leaving negative feedback, it would be much appreciated.

Apologies for the inconvenience. A replacement has been arranged to be sent out today on a pre noon delivery which is from 7am to 12 noon.
