Good morning. Thank you for your review. Our 'next working day' service does have text updates for your parcel. However, our 'no rush' delivery is un-tracked and are unable to provide updates. We will look into other cheaper delivery options with a tracked service. Thank you for your feedback.
Although the product arrived damaged, they quickly responded and dealt with the problem. They were apologetic even though the issue happened during delivery.
