Trollbeads as you know are all hand made and no one bead is the same which is what makes them truly unique.
Of course, all customers are entitled to either a refund (14 days) or exchange (30 days) if they are unhappy with the item/s they have received and Steffans are more than happy to do this for you should you wish.
