Thank you for your review and following separate feedback received from yourself, I am happy to hear you are happy with your new windows and doors and are already seeing the benefits following installation. I appreciate that the initial installation omitted the French fire escape and that, during our follow-up visit, one of the flying mullions had been cut incorrectly, requiring a further visit to resolve. While we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, I hope you understand that, as with any process, occasional mistakes can happen. What is important—and reflected in our records—is that we responded promptly and arranged return visits within a reasonable timeframe to put matters right. It is also worth noting that these were the only issues reported, and they were neither aesthetic nor operational in nature; the windows themselves were functioning correctly as installed, with the only concern being the missing flying mullion and the incorrectly cut component identified on our return visit.
