How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Regarding the tracking information, we supply the tracking number only if there are some problems with the shipping. Usually, packages with tracked shipping arrive safely. Packages are tracked easily on the DeutchePost website.
