We are pleased to hear that you found SportsCover Direct offered an excellent service when setting up your policy with our staff knowing exactly what you needed as the request was slightly complex and you were very happy with what was provided with the policy sent immediately. We are sorry to hear, however, that the policy had the wrong start date on and when that we missed your email - we will pass this on to the relevant department and apologise for the inconvenience.
