Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise that your original order did not arrive. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we took immediate action to resolve it. Our records show that your email sent on Monday evening was responded to on Tuesday and again after a response from yourself on two separate occasions. Following our correspondence, a replacement parcel was arranged and dispatched on Tuesday, prior to you opening a claim with Shopify on Wednesday. We understand why you were concerned when the original parcel failed to arrive. However, we did respond to your enquiries and arranged for a replacement to be sent as soon as the issue was brought to our attention, before the Shopify claim was initiated. As the replacement had already been dispatched, we were surprised to learn that a fraudulent transaction claim had been raised through your bank. After being contacted regarding the claim, we confirmed that the replacement parcel had already been arranged and was on its way. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused by the original delivery issue and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the matter. If you have any further questions or require any additional assistance, please let us know.

Further to our previous reply, I can see from the Royal Mail tracking that the replacement parcel was successfully delivered on 2nd July, and proof of delivery has been obtained. If, for any reason, you have not received the replacement parcel, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can investigate this further with Royal Mail and work with you to resolve the issue.
