Sparksdirect were excellent. The product was dispatched very quickly. The only disappointment was the length of time that Parcel Force took to deliver the parcel. They kept it at their Leeds depot...
Make sure that you include everything that your customers ordered without them having to go to the trouble of contacting you to send them the missing items and then getting a surly reply.
