We are very sorry for the delay and fully understand the need for courier services to be timely and reliable , however there are sometimes cases where deliveries are delayed as drivers cannot easily find the relevant property. Whilst this is outside of our control, we work hard with couriers to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible. In this case we have taken this issue up, at director level, with our current courier service provider.
Purchased 3 items. One item arrived damaged. Immediately contacted customer service who despatched replacement item which arrived next day.

Air bed had a tinny hole in it so it deflated.
After reporting it, TNT carrier collected it the following day.
Needed a bit of chasing up to get a replacement, which then quickly arrived.

Thank you for such detailed feedback. We completely accept responsibility for firstly sending out the wrong product and secondly for sending out a faulty one. It is standard company policy to not send out a replacement until the first has been received and we provided you with a pre-paid label so you wouldn't have been out of pocket on this. As soon as we could see you had dropped the Kettle off at the courier point, your replacement was dispatched.Our team have learned from this mistake and all of your further comments will be taken on board.
