Thank you for your comments. When our colleague said that it may not show in stock when it actually is, she meant that it shows as out of stock on our site if we do not have it in our warehouse to send out; this doesn't mean that it isn't in stock in the shop. We would always recommend customers contact our shop to discuss their shop availability.
