Hi, we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your order. Please allow us to explain what happened on our end regarding your order. As per the website when placing the order it does advise that a new design had been introduced to the product however you did not contact us prior to purchasing the item to ensure that it would match the existing item you had installed. As the design of the product had changed we put this information on the website to ensure customers did not purchase the product intending it to be able to be installed to existing channel drain. Once you had provided the returns information with a POD of the items being returned the refund was processed the same day and i cannot see any claim of ourselves advising that we hadn't had the return back to ourselves.

This then gives our customer service team time to investigate the issue and resolve it. Upon checking our records, we cannot find any instance of you contacting us regarding this.
