Still haven't received my documentation (liability certificates etc) called after approx. 1 month of waiting…

Still haven't received my documentation (liability certificates etc) called after approx. 1 month of waiting and was told they will be sent again via email, nearly 2 months now and I am still waiting.

Previously gave a very poor service rating however the very next day after complaining I was called by Laura from customer services who apologised and immediately sent documents via email also received a hard copy today (2 days later, sent first class). Totally restored my faith in SME and I will continue to use in the future. Thanks
