Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hi Leah, thanks for your response. I actually came originally for my chronic pain following a minor injury, which is inextricably linked to anxiety. I’m still considering doing the short pain protocol if meditation can’t permanently keep the pain/anxiety in check. I’ll see how I go. If I decide on more treatment, I’d like to discuss it with April, if that’s possible? She’s an amazing asset to your company. A great listener and, I’m convinced, as key to my recovery as the treatment. Let me know & thanks for your response.
