All couriers, would ask sufficient time to conduct an enquiry into missing parcels. On checking with UPS, they have advised of delays due to fire conditions in California. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Your order was dispatched the following morning after you placed your order in the evening. However, coming from Europe, we are at the mercy of the customs authorities. Which is why we advise deliveries can take up to 12 working days which is roughly 2.5 weeks. Checking the tracking details, they state that your order is in fact due for delivery later today. We really hope your grandson loves his new sleeping bag.

Shipping was very fast! Love the new sac. It is huge and I hope it lasts a while. My son loves sleep sacs. I just wish they were a little less pricey because I would order a .5 too!
