Only after sending email did they contact me - but payment was taken immd

Was concerned that order would not arrive, after waiting weeks and weeks - so logged in only to see that my order was 'on hold'

Liefertermin ok

Das Päckchen war nicht beschädigt und kam rechtzeitig. Ich würde mir eine bessere Übersetzung und Anwendungshinweise- z.B. was für welche Altersgruppe am besten wäre-wünschen.
