Simplicity Cremations Adolygiadau

I am pleased with the way you helped me set up plan for my Simplicity Cremation. The price is very worth while and I am satisfied with their help.

This was an unattended cremation. Had to chase after 2 weeks to find if cremation had taken place.then after receiving confirmation was told it would take 6 weeks for ashes to be returned. This info...

Excellent

Very good service in difficult circumstances very sympathetic and understanding they looked after our needs at this sad time

Just the thought of you taking the strain away made me feel at ease. We are now a very small family and the upset when someone passes away is hard to deal with. That’s why I can to you to surport me...

Everything went perfectly. The crematorium staff was most helpful, placing our wreath on the coffin, the organist discussed the tracks to be played from the disc we supplied turning the sound down...

Easy to deal with. Good communication throughout. A few calls, one short meeting at my home (which was a big plus point not having to go and meet elsewhere)and all done with minimum of fuss.

Excellent Service would definitely recommend, Staff were a great help and very friendly Would like to say Thank you so much to simplicity cremations for making such a hard time a little easier

They were efficient and calm in their response to us. They explained in detail what would happen, and how the events would unfold. Couldn't fault the service at all.

From start to finish it was really easy without having to do anything
