We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Kind and helpful

I forgot to add a voucher code to get a discount when I made the purchase, but when I contacted them they applied the voucher and gave me the discount. Very helpful.

Worth the money

I bought two engraved necklaces lately. Very pleased with both. The engraving was well done and worth the £10 charge. Would buy more engraved products in the future.

Great buy

Fab cat earrings really sturdy and well made. Much bigger than I thought they would be. Well pleased with them. Would recommend these. I am a cat lover so these are perfect.

The photograph provided is to demonstrate the detailing of the items so that our customers are able to view what they are purchasing.
