We are very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused, especially after your flight was delayed.
We understand how disappointing it must have been to have difficulty reaching us, receive conflicting information about changing your pickup time, and then be contacted by the driver afterward. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened and investigate the matter with our local supplier. Please contact us directly by email and provide us with all the details of your experience, including your booking reference if available. This will allow us to investigate the situation thoroughly with the supplier and understand where things went wrong.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the poor experience and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
