Problemlose und schnelle Abwicklung, bin mit dem Service absolut zufrieden. Eine SMS einen Tag vor der Abfahrt aus dem Hotel mit den Infos zur Abholzeit war sehr hilfreich!
Leider haben wir zwar eine Buchungsbestätigung, aber keine Abholzeit erhalten.
Um diese zu erfahren, mussten wir erst bei ShuttleDirect anrufen, was im Ausland immer ein wenig ärgerlich ist.

Sehr puenklich vor der auf dem Voucher angegebenen Zeit beim Nachportier anwesend.
...da nur wir zu zweit waren, hat uns (für den gleichen Preis!) ein Privat- PKW zu unserem gewünschten Ziel (240km) gebracht, obwohl wir einen Shuttle- Bus gebucht hatten.
