Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Policy details sent to incorrectly typed email address

We never received any policy documents either by email or mail. We had to chase this up only to find that you had incorrectly typed our email address. In future I think you should double check email...

Be careful if paying online as doesn't link and update your policy.

Happy with Shield, however, paid online and this did not pick up on my account. I received a letter on the day my old policy expired saying I wasn't covered. Had to make an urgent call to sort this...
