Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I did not get my documents emailed after paying for my insurance. I had to call back to request them and it took several days before I received them.

We're sorry that there was a delay in you receiving the documents. We understand that there are some Royal Mail delays being reported in some areas of the country, so this may be to blame.

Satisfied.

Been with Shield for many years and fortunately never had to make a claim, but when renewal is due I contact them and have never had trouble with renewal and always pleasant to deal with.
