We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Poor! None of the amendments or information I gave to Shield are shown on my new insurance documents. These people seem not to hear anything said to them.
