Nice if it works - £20 a time extra profit.

Received renewal notification in the post. Telephoned to renew and was asked for £20 more than stated. When queried, asked to wait (a considerable time) and then charged the original amount. Asked...

We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have suffered. Along with many other brokers, we have been adversely impacted by a major failure with our system provider in circumstances beyond our control.

They are working hard to restore use of the essential insurance administration systems we employ and all customer calls will be returned as soon as we are able.

Very good service and helpful telephone staff

The service was very good although they did send out a lot of chaser letters which I thought was unnecessary when I knew my insurance was due and, more importantly, when it was due.
