Pay attention to addressing so that I can get my package. Poor communication all the way around. Expectations and reality are not equal.

I purchased the 34” bracket with 10” rods. It arrived ahead of schedule and it was well crafted. I wish I had purchased a longer bracket since the 34” doesn’t have a pre-drilled hole for the middle...
