How do we deal with fake reviews?

Entsetzt bin ich über das Postporto die Hälfte von dem Schild was ich bestellt habe. Wüsste ich wo kaufen persönlich würde ich nie auf diese Weise nochmals eines bestellen. tut mir leid.
