I preferred the older style of personal service rather than the generic holiday information file that I was sent. I think the hotel was over-rated

I am sorry to hear of the issue encountered at the beach and that you were told to move. This is disappointing and a shame you were not given any explanation as to why other than being windy. I do hope there were many other aspects of your stay that you were able to enjoy. Thank you for your feedback.
Hotel Villa Margherita is one of our most popular hotels and I think it is easy to see why. As you have mentioned it is so well kept and has such lovely grounds. I'm so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the lovely review.
The Sardinian rep was polite and reasonably helpful, but, although it was not her fault, it was disappointing that issues were not resolved before we left.

Wonderful service, always greeted with a smile from staff wherever we were. Very helpful reception staff, always happy to assist with queries or give information regarding places to go.
