The rep in Cape verde was excellent. She made such a difference to our stay.
The greeting and direction by the Rep in Gatwick was excellent as was the Rep at the Sal Resort, Tracy. The booking, payment and everything in the UK was excellent.

The hotel is very recently opened and has a very modern look about it, although I appreciate this may not be to everyone's taste. Glad you found Tracey and the rest of our team helpful.
