We hope you enjoyed your holiday overall, Mr Monaghan, due to the hotel's beachfront location and proximity to the main town. It's a shame you felt the hotel was lacking as a 4-grade property, although I should add, our grading isn't meant to reflect the international star-rating system we're all familiar with. Instead, it's based on Cape Verde's own national grading process, which takes into account the islands' overall amenities and facilities.
Excellent communication. All went just as described.
Not a hitch . Would definitely recommend for peace of mind.

Thank you for your comments. We do realise that for many previous guests at the former Iberostar Boa Vista, the style of the new management may not appeal as much as before and it's a pity you found the entertainment geared mainly towards the Italian market. Following a recent visit by one of our UK managers, we do know there are two entertainment teams, one of which speaks English - and there are also signs in English, so I'm sorry if this wasn't apparent during your stay. Nonetheless, we appreciate you taking the time to forward your observations and I hope you did enjoy your holiday in Cape Verde overall.
