Hi.Thank you for taking time to complete the feedback request. Firstly with regards to VAT exemption, there is a box to tick on checkout which will deduct VAT on eligible products. It would appear you did not check this option so I will email you a VAT exemption form - please complete the form and mail it back and we will refund the VAT on the bean bag. With regards to the Bean Bag, I will investigate this and get back to you. Andrew
