Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are sorry that you had issues with our website; this was definitely not our intention. By default the country to be insured is 'please select' the user selects the country - we are unable to recreate the issue you had with it changing from Spain to the UK. If you choose a higher excess the premium is automatically reduced subject to a minimum premium required by Underwriters. The full policy wording is available on our website, you can also download it when you proceed with an application after you get a quote. Once we receive an application we confirm cover the same working day or contact you with any further queries. Your feedback has been forwarded onto our development team who always endeavour to improve the usability of our quotes. Thanks again for your feedback.
