No problems at all. I would buy from Rugbytots again. The quality of mechandise was very good and it arrived quite quickly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback on Feefo and I'm really sorry to hear that your child didn't enjoy our sessions in Cornwall. We will be following this up with our local franchisee to find out why our normal high standards haven't been met in regards to the classes and customer service.
In regards to the kit cost, this is fully refundable after two weeks as long as it's not worn. We do state on our website that it's advisable not to wear the kit for the first two sessions just in case your child doesn't take to it.
Please rest assured, we take complaints such as this extremely seriously and we will come back to you via email shortly.
