How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Their roofing calculator works out everything you need and it arrived on time and the training videos are helpful. Easy to apply and has no joints for a roof 4m x5m

Hello Thank you very much for your feedback this will be used to improve our services going forwards. I have looked into this for you and I can see that your order was placed at 5:32pm on the 2/11/22 which means that the order was processed on the 3/11/2022 this means that your delivery was due by the 7/11/2022 (this is the 2nd working day as the 5th and 6th of November are not working days as im sure you are aware). I can see that this was delivered on the 3rd working day of the 8/11/2022, my sincerest apologies that the delivery was a day late whilst we do try our very best to get the orders delivered within the estimated timescale these are only estimated. Im really pleased to see that the customer services team answered your query as soon as this was raised and sent you the tracking to confirm the estimated time of arrival for delivery on the 8th im glad we could answer your queries.
