Hello. I have double checked on your delivery and I can see confirmation that the order arrived with you on the 20th of July. All of our Personalised and Design Your Own orders are individually created in our factory and take up to 14 days to manufacture and then a few delivery days with the courier. I do hope that all is safely received and that the hairbrushes are a great success. I will also drop you an email to confirm this message. I would be so grateful for an update on this review. Thank you for this lovely review. It makes us very happy to know that your daughters are loving their new hairbrushes and are happy that the brushes do not pull. This feature of not pulling, alongside with looking lovely, was really was a non-negotiable feature of our brushes when we designed them. I had the same issues with my daughter when she was little as she seemed to be very sensitive to having her hair pulled. We like to say that our brushes turn brushing your hair from a task to a treat :)

It's July 4th. Still not received order placed June 24th. So whilst I can't comment on the brush I can tell you delivery is not within the promised 3 to 5 days

Hi Sarah. I have now traced your order. You ordered a personalised hairbrush one the 24th of June. Our website explains the following details relating to our personalised brushes: Please note that all personalisation orders are individually created in our factory and take up to 14 days to manufacture. We then offer (after the hairbrush is manufactured) two shipping options for the UK: DPD (within 48 hours) and Evri (3/5 days). Please allow extra time for delivery to international addresses. I believe that the hairbrush has now been delivered according to the tracking. Please do let me know that all is well. Best wishes, Alexandra
