Thank you for taking the time to complete your review. I am sorry to learn you became ill during your holiday with us and for the undoubted effect this had on the enjoyment of your tour. I sincerely hope you have since made a full recovery and I hope you have been able to recover some of your costs from your travel insurance provider. I am also disappointed to read your comments regarding the Hotel Kaos and your concerns with toilets on the coach.
