As part of our booking process, we ask guests to provide detailed information regarding any mobility limitations so that we can ensure they are aware of the nature of river cruising, including the possibility of steps, gangplanks and varying mooring arrangements. These can sometimes result in longer walking distances ashore and access routes that may not be suitable for all mobility levels.
