How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

As soon as we are aware of any impacts to our routes/pick-ups eg roadworks we review all options available to us and then contact our customers to advise them of any changes. I can only assume that at the point of your call, we had yet to be advised of the roadworks. We apologise that you had to contact us regarding a change of pick-up.

Dear Wendy

I feel we were let down by the hotel this year, and we have chosen to exclude Bournemouth from our programme in 2019, until another hotel is found which I am satisfied with.

The outbound and return journeys are always kept undefined as traffic on the major routes can be difficult, and it enables us to make changes to keep as close to our planned times as possible.
