Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Many thanks for your feedback. Because fresh fruit is highly-perishable, and any goods scheduled for Monday would need to leave us on or before Friday, our commitment to quality unfortunately prevents us from shipping these items over the week-end. However, non-perishable hampers – which *are* deliverable on a Monday – can be selected using the 'Ambient' sort option located at the top of your chosen category (e.g. 'Classic Gift Hampers'), and we also offer Saturday Pre–Noon scheduling for those last–minute requirements.
