How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay regarding the Plaziflex trowel that you ordered and that you weren't kept informed in this instance. We have been trying to keep customers updated with products that are out of stock and try in ensure that the web stock levels are correct to avoid circumstances like this. The refund has been instructed, some banks take a while for refunds to go back into your account, it can be between 5-10 days but unfortunately this is not something that we can control as it is default across all bank payment gateways.

Item not received in almost 2 months!!

Normally I receive great service from the Refina team, however, unfortunately in this occasion i haven't. I placed and paid for my order on the 4th July and within a few days received all of my order...

We have been trying to keep customers updated with products that are out of stock and try in ensure that the web stock levels are correct to avoid circumstances like this. We have had some issues with supply due to the current situation and this has left us having to wait long periods for some items. These trowels are expected by 20th September please let me know if you are willing to wait or if you would like a refund
