How are Feefo reviews collected?

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our excess reimbursement insurance. Unfortunately, this is yet another example of the less scrupulous hire car companies’ tactics to try and sell you their insurance which is often 4 to 5 times as much as our reimbursement insurance. It is highly unlikely that an employee at Car Hire Company is familiar with our Policy Wording and we wouldn’t expect them to be authorised by a Regulator, such as the FCA, to provide advice on a 3rd party’s insurance. If they were familiar with our Policy Wording and they were authorised to provide advice then they would know that damage caused by you or a 3rd party is covered by our policy. I found this insurance easy to set up and considerably cheaper than the car hire company offer. However as I didn't have to make a claim I cannot be sure if it's Excellent.
