Not happy to have wasted half an hour turning up when you knew there would be a half-hour delay. The delay would have enabled you to get all vehicles well organised.

Not sure your website makes it clear which journey you are booking first. Arrived in time for what we thought was the 10h30 sailing to the IOW. Reality we wanted 10h00 sailing. Sent to ticket office....
