Straightforward process upon arrival at port. Good time keeping of ferry departure and arrival.

The staff working inside the ferry at the food place are just rude. They have time to stand around and chat away but when serving customers they just want to rush as if they have other business to do.

Good. Return Journey, the boat arrived 30 mins late & we were 30 mins late leaving as it was so busy.

It was a perfectly functional service but we found it very noisy in the seating area / cafe - screaming / loud children and families shouting across from one table to another. Maybe the decor needs...
