Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Many thanks for your feedback. Cider tastes much better without the 'artificials' cheaper quality cider often contain such as chemical sweeteners, and sulphites which people can be allergic to.

Our bottle conditioned ciders are also made from fresh pressed apples and unpasteurised. Ciders that are carbonated, pasteurised, micro-filtered, or made from concentrate juice are not considered by many as real cider. Our Autumn Orchard is a CAMRA Award Winner is highly recommended too - great value at only £2.32 a pint.

Thanks to your review we now also offer a “DRIVE THROUGH” service - just ring our shop - 01204 389291 during shop opening times & we’ll bring your order out to you. There’s plenty of FREE PARKING & payment can be on our portable card machine.

Many of our online deals are also available in our shop – the entrance has a couple of thresholds (to keep out floods) but we've seating inside. We'll improve access in future renovations, but please be sure to let us know if there is anything we can do to make it a better place to visit in the meantime.
